  34. All three times that I have been ripped off, people have been in
  35. this category.

  37. Four times in the last couple months I have had people try to scam
  38. me and all fell in this category.

  40. What I probably should have said is.
  41. IF they can't provide references, little or no net presence
  42. ( www.dejanews.com ) and don't have a job where they can be reached
  43. at by phone.

  45. Still a wide brush, but then it is your money that you risk to lose.
